Nice produced the standout result of Round 18 in the Marmara Spike League, sweeping Poitiers in straight sets to underline a strong finish to the weekend in France’s top men’s volleyball competition.

The home side controlled the match from start to finish, earning a 3–0 victory that lifted them back into the playoff mix. In other matches, league leaders Tours maintained their advantage at the top with a 3–1 road win over Narbonne. Tourcoing and Montpellier also claimed valuable away victories. Tourcoing defeated last-placed Ajaccio in straight sets, while Montpellier survived a five-set battle at Chaumont, conceding a point but taking the win. Cannes closed the round with a 3–1 home success against Plessis-Robinson.
