Hamburg had a stuttering start against the youth team coached by Han Abbing. Zurich Team VCO Berlin started with a 1-7 lead, but Hamburg didn’t want to lose the set. Helmut von Soosten‘s team managed to tie 10:10 and after that win the set with 25:21 to take the 1-0 lead.

In the second, Hamburg was leading (6-2, 16:12). But the Berlin team did not give up and saved three set points. After 27 minutes of the game it was 26:24 for the host.

The third set took Hamburg 22 minutes to win with 25:17.

MVP player for Hamburg was Sarah Ammerman, and for Berlin it was Carina Aulenbrock.
