In a fifth and decisive final match, Allianz MTV Stuttgart overcame SSC Palmberg Schwerin to secure their third consecutive German championship title.
Despite losing the first set 17-25, Stuttgart bounced back to win three straight sets (25-20, 25-13, 25-13).
