GER W: Stuttgart Rolls Past Suhl, Stays Unbeaten

by WoV

Allianz MTV Stuttgart kept its perfect Volleyball Bundesliga record intact Friday with a straight-set win over VfB Suhl LOTTO Thüringen, taking the match 25–17, 25–12, 25–20 in front of 1,982 fans at SCHARRena.

Stuttgart set the tone early with steady passing and a high-efficiency attack, leaving Suhl little room to respond. Stuttgart’s dominance peaked in the second set, where its quick transitions and pressure at the net overwhelmed Suhl’s defense.

The victory extends Stuttgart’s run of winning every set in league and cup play this season. The team now prepares for Tuesday’s zoi DVV Cup semifinal, a matchup that will determine whether it reaches the 2026 final in Mannheim’s SAP Arena.
