Apostolos-Armenakis
A 37-year-old Greek receiver Apostolos Armenakis (former Greek National Team member who made 95 caps) returned to his homeland after a season in Slovenia and will wear the jersey of Iraklis Thessaloniki in 2017/2018.
Besides Armenakis, the Greek Championship quarter-finalists in 2016/2017 have engaged another domestic player, also a returnee to the Greek volleyball – a 36-year-old setter Konstantinos Prousalis. Last season he defended the colors of the French side Narbonne Volley.
