Modena-vs-Lube
The regular season vice-champions Cucine Lube Civitanova accomplished the mission. After prevailing in Game 1 of the playoff quarterfinals of the 2020/21 Italian Men’s SuperLega Credem Banca at home, the team commanded by Gianlorenzo Blengini beat 7th-seed Leo Shoes Modena on the road, as well, and eliminated them from the competition.

Luxembourger Kamil Rychlicki top-scored the winning side with 19 points. Cuban Robertlandy Simón set up 5 blocks and had 83 % attack (10/12).
The path of Lube in the playoffs will continue against the first team who secured a place in the semis, Itas Trentino (series starts on March 28).
