Following the conclusion of the Regular Season, the Italian SuperLega Credem Banca has established the matchups for the upcoming Scudetto Playoffs. Itas Trentino leads the final standings with 55 points, followed by Sir Safety Conad Perugia at 51 points, and Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza rounding out the top three with 43 points.
The top eight teams have advanced to the Scudetto Playoffs, with quarter-final matchups featuring Itas Trentino against Valsa Group Modena, Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza facing Allianz Milano, Sir Safety Conad Perugia taking on Rana Verona, and Cucine Lube Civitanova against Mint Vero Volley Monza.
Teams that finished ninth and tenth, Cisterna Volley and Pallavolo Padova, will compete in the 5th Place Playoffs alongside the four teams eliminated in the quarter-finals. Farmitalia Catania, finishing last, is relegated to Serie A2 Credem Banca.
The Scudetto Playoffs are structured in a best-of-five series across all rounds, with the higher-seeded team hosting the first, third, and potential tiebreaker matches. The champions not only claim the 2024 Scudetto but also secure a spot in the 2024/2025 Champions League, along with the runners-up. The two teams defeated in the semifinals will contest for the third place, which also offers qualification for the Champions League.
Quarter-finals are scheduled to begin on March 6, with subsequent rounds and the 3rd Place Final taking place throughout March and April, concluding on May 1, 2024. The 5th Place Playoffs will feature a round-robin format, leading to single-match semifinals and finals in late April.
