Prosecco DOC Imoco Conegliano has officially renewed the contracts of Sarah Fahr and Monica De Gennaro, two pillars of their volleyball dynasty, through the 2025/26 season.
Libero legend Monica De Gennaro, already a club icon, will mark her 13th season with Imoco. With 502 appearances and a record-setting 7,200+ receptions, she remains the defensive soul of the squad. Her leadership and consistency have been instrumental in all 29 major titles in the club’s trophy case.
Meanwhile, rising star middle blocker Sarah Fahr returns for her sixth campaign, fresh off an Olympic gold and MVP honors at the Supercoppa. Since joining in 2020, Fahr has helped Imoco collect 18 trophies and has become one of the most reliable blockers in the game with an average of 2.12 blocks per match.
Both athletes reaffirmed their commitment to Conegliano’s culture of excellence. “It’s more than a club—it’s a family,” Fahr said, while De Gennaro credited the “inspiring environment” that fuels her passion year after year.
