The first games of the Serie A1 Tigotà return round ended exactly like the October 6 openers, with Conegliano surviving a long five-set battle and Scandicci earning a steady 3–1 win.

At Palaverde, Busto Arsizio proved to be a tough obstacle for the reigning champions. Conegliano pulled off a big comeback to take the opening set, but Busto immediately responded by winning a tight second set 30–28. After a dominant third set from Conegliano and another strong push from Busto in the fourth, the match went all the way to a tie-break. The Panthers finally broke through, sealing the win 15–10 after more than two and a half hours.
Nika Daalderop was named MVP with 18 points, while Melanie Parra, Josephine Obossa, and Valeria Battista kept Busto close from start to finish.
At Pala BigMat, Scandicci started fast with two convincing sets, thanks to aggressive serve and solid offense. Pinerolo (Monviso Volley) fought back in the third and kept the pressure on in the fourth, but Scandicci closed the match with a block from Ekaterina Antropova, who finished with 28 points and another MVP nod. Hanna Davyskiba, Anna Dodson, and Amandha Sylves stood out for Monviso Volley.
Both matches were played early due to the upcoming Club World Championship in Brazil and will not count toward Coppa Italia seeding.
