Sir Susa Scai Perugia produced a commanding comeback to defeat Rana Verona 3–1 and lift the Del Monte® Supercoppa for the seventh time in club history, in front of 6,300 spectators at a sold-out PalaTrieste.

Verona claimed the opening set 27–25 after a tense battle decided in the closing rallies. Darlan Souza set the tone early, delivering a match-high 28 points, including six aces, and consistently pressuring Perugia from the service line. Keita added 15 points, while Sani chipped in with nine as Verona showed strength in both serving and blocking phases.
Perugia responded with greater balance and efficiency. The Umbrian side took the next three sets 25–22, 25–21 and 25–22, raising its attacking percentage to 60% and stabilizing its reception. Four players reached double digits: Oleh Plotnytskyi led with 17 points, Wassim Ben Tara followed with 16, Kamil Semeniuk scored 13, and Federico Crosato added 11. Roberto Russo contributed five points with an impressive 71% success rate in attack.
Simone Giannelli was named MVP after guiding Perugia’s offense with poise, while libero Massimo Colaci celebrated a record ninth Supercoppa title. Head coach Angelo Lorenzetti also made history, becoming the competition’s most successful coach with six titles.
