Perugia secured place in the SuperLega Credem Banca Scudetto Final with a 3-0 win over Piacenza in Game 3 of the semifinals, completing a dominant series sweep.

Playing at home, the top-seeded side showed composure, edging tight opening set before pulling away comfortably in the second and third. The victory keeps Perugia unbeaten in the playoff stage and on track for a third league title.
Wassim Ben Tara led thePerugia with 13 points, supported by Oleh Plotnytskyi (12), Kamil Semeniuk (11), and Sebastián Solé (11). Piacenza exits the competition despite a standout effort from Robertlandy Simon, who topped all scorers with 14 points.
Perugia will now face the winner of the other semifinal between Civitanova and Verona, where Civitanova currently leads the series 2-1. Game 4 is set for April 18.
The result also confirms Verona’s qualification for the 2026/27 CEV Champions League, while Piacenza’s European fate will depend on the outcome of the remaining semifinal.
