Chemik had 2-0 lead, but home team quickly managed to tie the score in sets 2:2. Both teams entered the tie break with great desire to take the win. But, only one team can be joyful after the game. Chemik were the team who barely beat Pomi in the decisive set and clinched the game.
Madelaynne Montano was the top scorer in Polish team with 21 points, while Francesca Piccinini had 19 in home team.
Samanta Fabris (14 points) and Aurea Cruz (12 points) created new victory of Novara in CEV Champions league. They easily defeated Calcit Volleyball in three sets 25-21, 25-12, 25-19.
On away side, there were no players with double digits. Monika Potokar and Olivera Kostic score 9 points each.
