Pedullà
Novara suffered their only defeat in Serie A1 last weekend against reigning champions Pomì Casalmaggiore and they have 1-1 record in the Champions League, but it was enough for club’s sponsor to re-examine the status of a coach Luciano Pedullà.
“It was unacceptable how Pedullà prepared and managed the game against Casalmaggiore. It’s the first time that I allow myself to judge a technical aspect, but this means that I believe the situation is particularly delicate,” said the owner of company ‘Igor Gorgonzola’ that provides sponsorship to the team.
Italian media wrote that the owner of Novara’s sponsor already had a discussion with Pedullà after the match versus Casalmaggiore, as well as with the club’s General Manager and President.
Apparently, in case of another defeat, Carlo Parisi might sit down on the bench of Novara.
