The Italian national volleyball team have two wins out of two matches at Rio Olympic tournament.

Who can stop the Italian national volleyball team? France and USA didn’t manage to stop Blengini’s side so far.

In the game against USA, Italy were much more dominant side during the game, except in the second set. The first set was the most uncertain – Itay won it after 54 points.

USA came back in the second, while in the third and fourth they couldn’t do anything to stop Italy. 

Osmany Juantorena was the most dominant player with 20 points while on the other side Aaron Russell had 22 points. Recall that Emanuele Birarelli picked up injury during the game…
