Abbondanza
As we already published few days ago, Abbondanza agreed to sign a three-year deal with Italian Women’s volleyball Championship member, returning to homeland after five years.
„I’m very happy and excited to have come here in Casalmaggiore. Today’s welcome was amazing, I really did not expect it. I admit, I am excited. I want to get started as soon as possible and try to get great results. I want them and we all want them. I came to try to win something important. The conditions are good, the club has proven to know how to win. Now we hope the sponsor will help us make an extremely competitive team already in the first year,“ Abbondanza said.
Italian expert spent last four seasons in Turkish Fenerbahçe İstanbul with whom he took national championship and Cup last season.
Abbondanza will perform dual role this season as he agreed to take over Canadian Women’s NT in January.
