“We decided to give a little more rest to the lads because they really needed to get away from it all”, explained assistant coach Francesco Cadeddu. “They needed to rest both physically and mentally, having played a lot of games in a short space of time, we also had some long trips away from home. Our next opponent, Modena, is a team that has been playing good volley, they proved it last Sunday with a big win over Cuneo. That’ll be a very tough game for us, hopefully the gym will be packed for the occasion”.
