WCHY M: Argentina thinking of match against Iran

After the great victory over the host team of Mexico, the Argentine Youth's Boys Team will face Iran in the Quarter-Finals of the FIVB' U 19 World Championship at Centro de Alto Rendimiento in the city of Tijuana. Matias Miranda commented the goals for Julian Alvarez's team.

The team coached by Julian Alvarez won vs Mexico and it kept its undefeated record and therefore stands among the best eight teams of the competition. Now Argentina faces Iran that overcame Finland (3-2), Rwanda (3-0) and France (3-0) while it lost its match v Russia (0-3) and therefore it finished second in Pool C.

Argentina trained this Thursday morning thinking on its match vs Iran. Matias Miranda, the captain of the team expressed: “The team is very good, we got a lot of confidence and we want to play and win without any doubts.

He added: “The best we have is our team game, but we need to improve our receiving so that we can rotate much easier and we can concentrate more in our digging and defense.”
