“These are changing times for volleyball in Mexico. We are sending two teams to the FIVB World Championships, we hosted the FIVB World League last June and the FIVB Beach Volleyball U-17 World Championship just a couple of days ago. Now, not only we’ll make our debut at the FIVB World Grand Prix but we’ll stage the events opening the intercontinental round weekend,” said Perales Navarro.

This weekend’s schedule (local times):

July 25

17.00 Algeria v Bulgaria
19.30 Mexico v Kenya

July 26

15.30 Bulgaria v Kenya
18.00 Mexico v Algeria

July 27

14.00 Kenya v Algeria
16.30 Mexico v Bulgaria
