The four-team event at the Avenir Centre follows the 2026 NORCECA Men’s Continental Championship, where the teams secured their places in the Olympic qualifier. The United States, crowned continental champion, is already qualified for LA28 as the host nation.

Canada will open the semifinals against Mexico after finishing second at the continental championship. Cuba, the bronze medalist, will take on fourth-place Dominican Republic.

Canada is targeting a fourth consecutive Olympic appearance, while Cuba is seeking their first trip to the Games since Rio 2016. Mexico is bidding for a third Olympic appearance, and the Dominican Republic is attempting to qualify for the men’s Olympic tournament for the first time.
