Caguas is now 11-0 with 33 points, while Humacao dropped to fifth place with 7-5 and 17 points.
Stephanie Niemer and Annie Drews topped the winners with 21 and 18 points, respectively, while Mexican Andrea Rangel had 21 for Humacao.
Mayaguez beat hosts Aibonito 3-0 (25-18, 26-24, 26-24) and Juncos defeated San Juan in straight sets 3-0 (27-25, 25-22, 25-20).
