The training course, devoted to the “Knowledge of the physical functional and decisional training methods in development and high performance”, will be lectured by António Guerra, FPV Technical & Development Department and GDC Gueifães head coach, and by José Afonso, FADEUP lecturer and Leixões SC head coach, with the participation of Nuno Pereira, coach of the youth team A.A. São Mamede.
A series of very interesting topics will be discussed, such as Functional Daily Training in Reduced and Structuring games and Core – a different approach to the abdominal work. This training course targets Volleyball coaches, Physical Education & Sports graduates, students and other people interested in Volleyball.
The registration is due by December 26 at the latest.
