Hisamitsu Springs have continued domination in the Japanese Women’s V-League.

They defeated Hitachi away in four sets to increase the lead in the standings compared to other teams.

Toray Arrows have also continued making progress. In 2018, they were below the playoff line, now they are fighting for the second place in the league. The Azerbaijani international Jana Kulan ended the game scoring 28 points (22 in the attack, 3 blocks and 3 aces) and beating Kurobe in straight sets 25-16, 25-22, 25-11.

JT Marvelous have lost the game against Denso Airybees and they now have to play hard to keep that place, since Toray and Body Queens are close to taking over it…

Hitachi – Hisamitsu Springs 1-3 (12-25, 25-23, 22-25, 20-25)

Okayama Seagulls – NEC Red Rockets 3-2 (27-25, 31-29, 31-33, 20-25, 15-12)

Toray Arrows – Kurobe 3-0 (25-16, 25-22, 25-11)
