The Iranian Volleyball Federation (IRIVF) has informed Bulgarian colleagues (BVF) that it cannot go to Varna due to administrative problems between them and the players of the national team. The other reason is the need for further training sessions and recovery of some of the players, Tasnim News reported.

The IRIVF apologized to BVF who will now have to find new rivals to fill the gap in the calendar at preparations for the FIVB International Qualifying Tournament for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics (August 9-11).
