There is the first rumor about Nikola Grbic's successor.

According to our source, Slobodan Kovac is the first candidate to take over the Serbian National Team.

Kovac has always wanted to take over the Serbian National team and now he has a huge chance to fulfil dream.

The Serbian expert has been gathering experience both at the natinal team and clubs’ level and he is definitely ready for this experience. As a head coach, he was at helm of Iran and Slovenia, while at the clubs’ level he coached Radnicki, Perugia, Halkbank and Belogorie.

In an interview for WorldofVolley, he has also said that he probably won’t stay in Belogorie for the next season which means that he is completely available at the moment.

Recall that Serbia parted ways with Nikola Grbic.
