Canada National Team member Jason DeRocco will stay abroad for one more season, the second in a row.
After playing for the Japanese F.C. Tokyo last season, the 29-year-old outside hitter strengthened African powerhouse Al Ahly, Egypt, for the 2019/20.
Jason was involved in winning the historical bronze medal for Canada, the national team whose member he has been since 2013, at the 2017 FIVB World League. He is a son of a legendary Canadian player and later coach Stelio DeRocco.
