The South Korean men’s volleyball team Uijeongbu KB Insurance Stars will replace Bram van den Dries.

The KB Stars aren’t performing well in the Dodram V-League this season (they’re at the penultimate position in the charts) and one of the main reasons for this lies in the fact their import Van den Dries is struggling with the injury. The Belgian opposite hitter didn’t play for about a month because due to an abdominal muscle strain in November. He hasn’t been playing on a high level after returning to the court.

The management of the KB Stars waited for some time to see if his form will improve but, since it hasn’t, they decided to replace him. The new foreigner will arrive in the team from  Uijeongbu in mid-January.
