BREAKING: Chinese volleyball leagues without foreign players in the next season

by WoV

During yesterday’s meeting of the Chinese league board, the officials have made the decision to play next season (2020/2021) without foreign players, both in men’s and women’s competitions.

The foreign players such as Kelsey Robinson, Dobriana Rabadzieva, Matt Anderson, Uros Kovacevic, Saeid Marouf, Jordan Larson are already there but it is unknown what will happen with their contracts that already have been signed.

Basketball and football leagues have not made such a decision. According to our source, the decision was not made due to the situation with coronavirus.

The main question is – what will happen with the contracts of foreign players that have already been penned?
