Hyundai Engineering & Construction Hillstate are determined to achieve what they were prevented to achieve last season in the South Korean women’s volleyball Championship due to force majeure.

Hyundai Engineering & Construction Hillstate, who were marching toward the title in the 2019/20 Dodram V-League, topping the charts at the moment of the cancelation of the season, downed runners-up GS Caltex KIXX at the opening of the 2020/21 regular season.

Belgian Hélène Rousseaux was the most prolific player in Hyundai in the match, putting down 28 points, including 4 blocks. American Merete Lutz tallied 33 points for Caltex, while Han Su-Ji had 5 blocks.
