Spain have parted ways with men’s national team head coach Hubert Henno following a disappointing two-season spell marked by a failed European Championship qualification campaign and mixed international results.

The French coach took charge in 2025 during Spain’s unsuccessful bid to qualify for the 2026 European Championship.
Under Henno, Spain finished fifth in the 2025 European League and tenth in 2026, alongside a fifth-place finish at the Mediterranean Games in Italy.
