The Superliga Feminina has two perfect teams after round 3! Dentil Praia Clube rotated their squad and still swept Paulistano Barueri 3-0 (25-23, 25-17, 25-15) in Uberlândia. Opposite Sabrina Machdo top-scored with 13 points, and middle blocker Lanna Machado won the MVP award with 11 (7 kills, 4 blocks). Sofya Kuznetsova also had 11, and Geovana Freitas scored 11 for Barueri, who are still without a point or a set after three games.

Sesi Vôlei Bauru matched them, beating Fluminense 3-0 at the Arena Paulo Skaf. They won the first two sets 25-19 and 25-18 and then ran away with the third. US opposite Morgahn Fingall was MVP with a game-high 16 points. Both teams are 3-0 with 9 points, and Sesi lead on points ratio. Fluminense suffered their first defeat.
In São Paulo, E.C. Pinheiros beat Brusque 3-2 (25-23, 19-25, 27-25, 22-25, 17-15) in a rematch of last season’s Superliga B final that lasted about three hours. The tie-break went to extra points and Pinheiros won it by two. Flavia Lisboa was MVP with 20 points for their first win of the season. Brusque opposite Camila Mesquita was the game’s top scorer with 28, and Santiago added 24. The win cost Pinheiros, though: setter Juliana Carrijo went down early in the second set and couldn’t continue.
