The Chinese Volleyball Association (CVA) announced that the 2020/21 men’s Super League has been postponed.
According to the CVA statement, published on its official website, the reason that led to the decision on postponement was the recent restrictions related to COVID-19 in Hebei province, in northern China. That’s where the championship was to begin on January 13, more precisely in the city of Qinhuangdao. It was planned to be organized in the ‘bubble’, just as recently finished women’s Super League.
The CVA gave no information in regard to when or where the competition will be subsequently held.
