Athletes Unlimited announced that it has signed broadcast agreements with CBS Sports Network and FOX Sports for 22 of 30 matches in total of the US Pro League (Dallas, Texas, February 27 – March 29), which will enable fans around the world to watch the newly formed competition that gathered 44 top-class players, live on TV.

CBS Sports Network will broadcast 7 matches in the United States and Canada, including each week’s final match. FOX Sports will do the same with 15 matches on FS2, with the possibility for some to move to FS1 later on. The matches will also be televised on FOX Deportes in Spanish.

As for the remaining 8 matches, Athletes Unlimited will stream them on its social media channels on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Dailymotion, and Twitch. In addition to streaming matches live, the US Pro League organizer will host a weekly draft show where each week’s teams will be unveiled on its Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/AUProSports/). The live streams will also be available on the “Sports on Facebook” page and in 2D in the Venues app on Oculus Quest headsets – a first such stream for volleyball.

While streaming, Athletes Unlimited will include fan engagement by spotlighting fan social posts, conducting live polls, and using on-court cameras where fans can have an insight into how their teams prepare actions and play them. The broadcasts will also feature an analyst, who will change positions throughout the match, bench microphones to capture interactions between players and coaches, and non-traditional graphic elements like emojis and filters.
