Dynamo Moscow’s club board have offered Teodor Salparov Russian passport, as he could be treated as a domestic player.

Libero of Bulgarian national team has refused that offer, because he would lose his Bulgarian citizenship.
He was a member of Dinamo Moscow twice. First time in 2006/07 season and the second time in 2009/10 season.
