Simone Lee (USA) was too tough for the Brazilian team in the third day opening

Playing their second match USA improved their win- loss ratio to 1-1, while losers and World No. 2 dropped to 2-1.

Tiata Scambray was the top scorer with 14 points for the USA, while Gabreala da Silva Canbdido was the best scorer for Brazil with 9 points.

Brazil had no answers to the razor sharp services sent from USA player as they showed their worst reception performance beside the marvelous spikes that wasn’t tolerated by their diggers.

However the main reason for undisputed 3-0 win were the mistakes Brazil players committed compared to USA side.

USA surprised Brazil from the first set by their sharp service which made a load on them and disturbed all their tactics to finish the first set in unexpected win 25-17. Again USA could develop their attacks through the tall spikers and also stopped all the opponent attack through their solid blockers.
