NORCECA CH M: Bahamas finish seventh

The Bahamas finished in seventh place after defeating Saint Lucia 3-0 (25-17, 25-20, 25-20) at Norceca Men’s Continental Championship.


Bahamas at 7th place

Bahamas’ captain Prince’Tanique Wilson scored 15 points while Byron Ferguson 10. For Saint Lucia, Julian Bisset concluded with 15. “This was our final match, we did our best. We tried to play a good match against them on the last two sets, but Bahamas did a great job,” said Saint Lucia’ coach Kendall Charlery.

“I’m very proud and happy for this victory, I feel delighted, ” stated Bahamas coach Raymond Wilson. “We saw that We belong to a tournament of this level and We also wanted to grow in experience and showed the world that the Bahamas can play at this level.” Saint Lucia finished in eighth place while Guatemala in nineth.
