Dinamo TIRASPOL claimed on Saturday Moldova men’s national league after scoring a third consecutive victory over USM Bostavan in the best-of-five Championship series. After edging past their opponents by 3:0 and 3:2 in the first and second round of the finals, Dinamo won also the third game by 3:1.

This way the team from the left bank of the Dniester River claimed their first title in four years. Another team from the same city, Automobilist TIRASPOL, settled for third place after scoring three consecutive victories – the last one in three sets – over SS 2 BENDER in the small final.
