Carolina defeated Cataño 25-21, 25-20, 25-13 with Stephanie Niemer leading all the scorers in the match with 22 points.
In the other match of Tuesday, Caguas secured the top place in Pool B with a 17-25, 29-27, 25-23, 25-20 over Mayaguez .
Karina Ocasio and Stephanie Enright led Caguas with 18 and 17 points, respectively, while Shonda Cole had a match-high 21 points for the defeated side.
The semifinals is scheduled for Saturday 19 April at Salvador Dijols Pavilion in Ponce.
In the semi-final will face Ponce – Mayaguez and Carolina – Caguas .
