In the Series A, Juncos defeated Carolina in straight sets (25-19, 25-23, 25-18) with Yarimar Rosa and Yasary Castrodad leading the victory with 15 and 14 points, respectively.
Rachael Kidder had 13 points for Carolina followed by Vanessa Velez and Kylie Atherstone with 11 and 10 points.
Juncos and Caguas are tied in Series A with 1-0 record while Carolina dropped to 0-2.
