After playing 24 minutes Canada managed to take the lead in sets, 1-0. It was very good display by Canadian boys, who simply smashed the home team.
In the second set, Cuba answered back! Sosa was dominating during this period and his team deserved to tie the score, 1:1.
In another two sets, Canada didn’t allow any surprise. They started controlling the match and later they won it by 3-1!
Steven Marshall was the top scorer of away side with 18 points, while on home side Cepeda scored 16!
Canada now has 21 points out of nine matches and they hold the top spot. In the second place is Bulgaria with 4-2 score (10 points). Argentina has 3-3 (9 points) so far, while Cuba is in last place with 2-7 score (5 points).
