Brazil opened the tournament with 3-0 win over El Salvador (25-11, 25-11, 25-14), while USA defeated Barbados with same result (25-17, 25-11, 25-18).
The hosts were better than Mexico, they have also finished their match in three sets (25-23, 25-23, 25-14).
