In the first match of the second day of the FIVB World League finals Brazil played against Poland.

It was clear from the start of the game that both Brazil and Poland wanted to win. Brazil was a little shaken because of their loss in the first match against Cuba, but tried hard to improve the impession they made. It was a great game with very agressive atacking. In the end Brazil lost by 2:3 (25:23, 23:25, 25:23, 17:25, 10:15).
