As apasport.az writes, the negotiations of Azerbaijani team that will compete in the next season’s CEV Cup and a middle blocker Janelle Sykes ended with a positive result.
A 22-year-old has signed a two-year contract and she will have the right to play for Azerrail Baku as well, a team that became a branch of Azeryol.
Sykes is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and will join her compatriot Stephanie Niemer and German Mareen Apitz as newcomers in Azeryol.
