Belarus
After Azerbaijan one more major team finished their participation at EuroVolley 2015. It is Bulgaria which disappointed their fans by finishing as the last placed team in Pool C. But, enough about the squad that lost the crucial match. Belarus should be in focus of this text.
Belarus made a big success by qualifying to the Playoffs stage of EuroVolley! They actually secured a place there already after they made 2-0 lead against Bulgaria, but they continued with full power and eventually won the match after a tie-break. Aksana Kavalchuk was the heroine of the winning side as she scored 19 points in this match, while Tatsiana Markevich added 14.
In Bulgarian team, Elitsa Vasileva made 23 points, while Emiliya Nikolova added 22.
