“Dare to dream” that is how Vital Heynen started his last Tweet. Well-known Belgian coach has agreed to take over the men’s national team of his own country! Heyen signed a four-year contract with the Belgian Volleyball Federation, which will last from the beggining of 2017 to the end of 2020.
“Is there a better challenge than aiming to be at the Olympics with your own country? I will do all I can for Belgium,” wrote Heynen on his Twitter profile.
It is important to mention that the current coach of Belgium Dominique Baeyens will lead the team in the World League 2016 and in the European Championship qualifiers this year.
