According to przegladsportowy.pl, Michal Kubiak has agreed terms with Panasonic Panthers! The captain of the Polish national team will sign a two-year contract with the Japanese powerhouse, while he will get 400.000 Euros per one season!
Kubiak played for HalkBank Ankara in the past two years, but he parted ways with the Tuskish club at the end of the 2015/16 campaign. After that he has received numerous offers from all over the world, while it seems that his final decision is to continue career in Asia!

I do not understand,the clubs for Italy and Russia could not offer the same contract to him or at least a contract with 350000 euros per season.

im kinda shock i thought lube will sign him but thats big offer tho compare to offers in europe thats why alot of volleyball superstars choose asia because of good offer and japan is safe for him and his family not like in turkey
