Dutch team
China, USA, Russia, Brazil, Netherlands and host Thailand will fight for the gold medal at the Final Six tournament.
Giovanni Guidetti met his former team Germany and before the start of the match, Netherlands needed win to qualify to the Final Six. They managed to do it after three sets and to claim last ticket.
“I do give my respect to the German team. They played well today. Congratulations to my team to get into the Final. It would be hard physically and technically to compete against the best teams in the world in the Final, and I hope our team would keep improving,” says Guidetti.
Serbia hoped until the last moment, but even though they won the game, they won’t travel to Thailand.
