Bulgarian fans, EuroVolley 2015
According to sportal.bg, a delegation of the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation (BVF), led by the President Dancho Lazarov, held a meeting with the President of the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) Aleksandar Boričić during their visit to Rome for a countdown ceremony of the 2018 FIVB Men’s Volleyball Championship, which will be co-hosted by Italy and Bulgaria.
The BVF representatives expressed a desire to organize the Women’s continental tournament in 2019 and got a support from Boričić, who assured them they have a great chance to win the bid.
Besides co-organizing the next year’s World Championship, Bulgaria shared the hosting of the 2015 European Championship as well.
