Maria Jose Perez Gonzalez was the top scorer with 18 points followed by Kennedy Lynne Bryan 13 points. On the defeated side, Shar Latai Manu-Olevao scored 13 pointas and Taylor Milton Fae 10 points.
Last season they won the bronze medal.
Their opponents in the final will be Petron Spikers who defeated the last year’s champion Foton Tornadoes 3-1 (30-28, 21-25, 25-23, 25-21). These two teams last season met in the final when Foton took the gold but this time Proton reneged. Lindsay Marie Stalzer 25 points and Hillary Hurley 24 points led Petron, while Alyja Daphne Santiago 23 points and Sara Klisura 22 points wer ethe top scorers in Foton.
The first match of the Finals is scheduled for December 12 same like the match for the bronze medal. But the playoff for the gold medal is playing in two wins so the second match is scheduled for December 14 and if the third is need, it will be played on December 16 when will also be organize the Awarding and Closing Ceremony.
