Next year Trentino again faced Skra Belchatow  in the match for the gold medal and once again Italian giant celebrated win 3-1 (25-22, 25-19, 20-25, 25-16) . That year Osmany Juanotrena was named for the MVP.

A year later, 2012, Trentino for the last time was on the highest place on the podium. In the final they defeated Sada Cruzeiro 3-0 (25-18, 25-15, 29-27) and the Cuban-born attacker again was the Most Valuable Player of the competition.

After that season Juantorena moved to Halkbank and in 2015/2016 he joined Lube Civitanova. After five years, he will again participate in this FIVB’s competition.

Will he bring luck to Lube and win new gold? Or maybe get new award for the MVP?
