Developres
In Round 9 of OrlenLiga, Developres swept defending champions Chemik, partially 25-10, 25-19, 25-16, inflicting them the first defeat in the league this season.
Chemik had an eight-game run this season while counting the last season the run consisted of 12 games. Interestingly, it started with a victory exactly over Developres, on March 3.
The Serbian Jelena Blagojević led the attack on Developres against her last season’s team, scoring 13 points. Katarzyna Zaroślińska noted 10 for Chemik.
